Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications published on Google Play under the developer name “D2 interneshnl investmient yukrein apps” (the “Apps”) and this website, provided by D2 INTERNESHNL INVESTMIENT YUKREIN TOV (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. License to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Apps;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law;
• use cheats, bots, exploits or any unauthorised software that interferes with the Apps;
• use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The Apps and all related content, including graphics, sounds, code, names and logos, are owned by or licensed to D2 INTERNESHNL INVESTMIENT YUKREIN TOV and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. No warranty

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D2 INTERNESHNL INVESTMIENT YUKREIN TOV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country provides otherwise.
